There could be a few reasons why you are unable to cash out:

1. Your Bling email is unverified: You must verify your email address with the code we emailed you during the cash out process.
2. You haven’t met the cash out minimum:  You must earn the minimum requirement of Bling Points needed before you can cash out. Please tap ‘Cash Out’ within the app to see the minimum requirement needed. You can only cash out a maximum of one time per week, or once every 7 days.
3. You cashed out with in the last 7 days:  After your initial cash out, you can cash out every 7 days due to Coinbase limitations. We know it seems like a long time, but if you play frequently, the big cash out will be worth it!
4. You get the error 'This Coinbase email is already being used':  You most likely created a duplicate account. Our terms state that you can only associate your Coinbase account with one Bling account. Please contact support@blingfi.com so the team can assist you.

On the Bling platform, users have the ability to create a one of a kind username that differentiates their account from others. A username is composed of 4-15 characters, including numbers, letters, or a combination of both. Once a username is claimed, it cannot be used by anyone else.

To permanently close/delete your Bling account please follow the steps below. Account deletion is final, there will be no way to restore your account once deleted.

1. Navigate to the dashboard of any game on the Bling platform, ensuring you’re signed into the account you wish to delete.
2. Click on the settings button, located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
3. Under the "Settings" tab, locate and select the "Account" option.
4. Scroll until you find the "Permanently Delete Account" option.
5. Click on the "Permanently Delete Account" option. A confirmation pop-up dialog box will appear.
6. To proceed with deletion, click on "Yes, permanently delete my account".
7. For added security, type "Delete-my-account" in the confirmation box provided.
8. Upon confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted, and a final confirmation message will appear.

Note: Should you decide to re-join Bling in the future, you'll need to register for a new account using a different email address.

The Hot Streak system is our exciting way to spice up your earnings! By playing games daily, you'll not only earn your standard Bling Points but also unlock the chance to receive extra bonus points. These bonuses increase as you reach higher streak levels, adding a "hot" incentive to keep the streak going.

Your Hot Streak progress bar shows exactly how many peppers you need to reach the next tier of bonus rewards. For example, to ignite your streak to the 'Mild' tier, you need to collect 80 peppers. Each tier increases the percentage of additional Bling Points you earn.

Peppers are collected through daily challenges. For instance, if you play one game, you earn 5 peppers. The more games you play, the more peppers you earn, which helps you level up through the Hot Streak tiers.

• Baby Spice: Start your streak with a 5% additional Bling Points bonus.
• Mild: Collect 80 peppers to earn a 10% additional Bling Points bonus.
