Delete My Account

There are currently two ways to delete your account. Please note that account deletion is final, there will be no way to restore your account once deleted.

Method 1: App

1. Navigate to the dashboard of any game on the Bling platform, ensuring you’re signed into the account you wish to delete.

2. Click on the settings button, located in the top right corner of the dashboard.

3. Under the "Settings" tab, locate and select the "Account" option.

4. Scroll until you find the "Permanently Delete Account" option.

5. Click on the "Permanently Delete Account" option. A confirmation pop-up dialog box will appear.

6. To proceed with deletion, click on "Yes, permanently delete my account".

7. For added security, type "Delete-my-account" in the confirmation box provided.

Upon confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted, and a final confirmation message will appear.

Method 2: Customer Support

Send an email to support@blingfi.com with the subject "Delete My Account." They will guide you through the account deletion process.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to use the same email address associated with your Bling Account.

Cash out Information

I cashed out. Where is my crypto?

We process all valid cash outs in 24-48 hours. If you've chosen cryptocurrency, it will be sent to your Coinbase account. Log into coinbase.com or use the Coinbase app to view your cryptocurrency.

If you've opted for a cash payout via PayPal, check your PayPal account for the transaction. PayPal payouts are also processed within the same timeframe.

Don’t have a Coinbase account yet? No problem! Tap the Cash Out button in the game and enter your desired email address for Coinbase. After your initial crypto cash out, Coinbase will email you about the deposit. Follow the link in their email to complete your account setup.

How can I cash out my Bling Points?

To redeem your Bling Points for crypto, once you have earned the minimum required Bling Points (or more), you can cash out with the following steps:

  1. Tap the Cash Out button on the home screen within the app
  2. Select which cryptocurrency you’d like to cash out to.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Coinbase account (if you do not have a Coinbase account, enter the email address you want to use with Coinbase.)
  4. If you are cashing out with an email address that is different from your Bling account, check your email for a 6-digit verification code from us. You must type the code within the app to complete your cash out request.

We process all legitimate cash outs request in 24-48 hours to your Coinbase account. You can log into coinbase.com or through the app, to view your cryptocurrency!

Why can’t I cash out my Bling Points?

There could be a few reasons why you are unable to cash out:

  1. Your Bling email is unverified: You must verify your email address with the code we emailed you during the cash out process.
  2. You haven’t met the cash out minimum:  You must earn the minimum requirement of Bling Points needed before you can cash out. Please tap ‘Cash Out’ within the app to see the minimum requirement needed. You can only cash out a maximum of one time per week, or once every 7 days.
  3. You cashed out with in the last 7 days:  After your initial cash out, you can cash out every 7 days due to Coinbase limitations. We know it seems like a long time, but if you play frequently, the big cash out will be worth it!
  4. You get the error 'This Coinbase email is already being used':  You most likely created a duplicate account. Our terms state that you can only associate your Coinbase account with one Bling account. Please contact support@blingfi.com so the team can assist you.

After your initial cash out, you can cash out every 7 days due to Coinbase limitations. We know it seems like a long time, but if you play frequently, the big cash out will be worth it!

Why is my cash out still processing?

Why is it such a small amount of crypto? (Can I earn 1 Bitcoin or Ethereum?)

We reward users with a small amount of crypto for playing our games, win or lose. The purpose of the game is to provide entertainment and allow users a risk-free way  to acquire cryptocurrency. We make it clear that users should not expect to get rich (in the near term) from this game (unless, of course, the price of cryptocurrency goes up a lot and they held onto the cryptocurrency).

When you cash out, your Bling Points are redeemed for crypto. The conversion rate changes per users per day based on a number of factors, such as location and the price of cryptocurrency.

How do I verify my email address?

Please check your email for a 6-digit verification code and type it within the app. Please do so within 24 hours, or the code will expire. You must verify your email address in order to cash out.

Bling Points are rewards that you earn from playing one of our mobile games. They have no cash value, but they can be redeemed for a very small amount of crypto.

How do I earn Bling Points?

Bling Points are rewarded to users just for playing our game.  Be sure you have registered and logged into your Bling account in order to earn Bling Points.No purchase necessary, and no other actions required. The more you play, the more Bling Points you will earn!

How do I redeem Bling Points for cryptocurrency?

When you cash out your Bling points, we will convert them to crypto and transfer them to you using Coinbase.com. You will be required to create a Coinbase.com account in order to receive your cryptocurrency.

How do I create a Bling account?

In order to earn Bling Points, you must create an account. You can create an account by connecting Facebook, Google, or entering an email address.

If you’re signing up using an email address, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the app and tap “GET STARTED”
  2. Press “Continue with Email”
  3. Enter the email address you’d like to create a Bling account with
  4. Create a password
  5. Tap “Sign Up”

Please be sure to use the same Bling account for all Bling games!

What is the difference between username and display name?

On the Bling platform, users have the ability to create a one of a kind username that differentiates their account from others. A username is composed of 4-15 characters, including numbers, letters, or a combination of both. Once a username is claimed, it cannot be used by anyone else.

A display name is a name that the community knows you by. This can be the same as your username or it can be a different name of your choosing. A display name consists of 1-20 characters, including letters, numbers, and emojis, but consecutive underscores are not allowed. Multiple users can have identical display names.

Do I use one Bling account for all Bling games?

Yes, each game you play will earn Bling Points to the same Bling account.

Although we have different games, they are all connected by the ​Bling platform. When you log in, the Bling points displayed are your total Bling points across all our games. This means that when you cash out from one app, you cash out all of the Bling Points you have earned from all Bling apps. Please be sure to use the same Bling account for all Bling games!

How do I change my username and display name?

To change your username and display name on Bling, follow these steps:

  1. Open any Bling game.
  2. Tap the settings icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Find the pencil icon at the top of the page and select it to edit your profile.
  4. Update your Display Name, Username, and select your icon.
  5. Tap "Done" to save your changes.

Please note that your username can be 4-15 characters long and include numbers, letters, or a combination of both. Your display name can be 1-20 characters long and can include letters, numbers, and emojis. However, consecutive underscores are not allowed.

Can I have multiple Bling accounts?

No. As mentioned in our Privacy and Terms, users are limited to one Bling account per person. Users with multiple accounts will have their accounts deleted.

You can reset your Bling Games password using the following steps.

  1. Open the app and tap "GET STARTED"
  2. Tap "Continue with Email"
  3. Enter the email used with your Bling Account and tap "Continue"
  4. Press "I forgot my password"
  5. From there, check your email for a link to set your new password and follow the instructions!

How can I change my Bling account?

You can change your Bling email within the app. Please make sure you are running the latest version of our games and follow the instructions below.

  1. Open a Bling game and tap the gear icon
  2. Tap the pencil icon to the right of your email address
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Press "SUBMIT"
  5. Double check the spelling
  6. Confirm your changes

Where can I view my crypto transactions in Coinbase?

To see your cryptocurrency transactions, you'll need to log into your Coinbase account. From there, follow the steps to access your crypto Wallet.

  2. Scroll down to see you balance

What's the “Hot Streak” bonus system?

The Hot Streak system is our exciting way to spice up your earnings! By playing games daily, you'll not only earn your standard Bling Points but also unlock the chance to receive extra bonus points. These bonuses increase as you reach higher streak levels, adding a "hot" incentive to keep the streak going.

How do I know how many bonus points I'll earn?

Your Hot Streak progress bar shows exactly how many peppers you need to reach the next tier of bonus rewards. For example, to ignite your streak to the 'Mild' tier, you need to collect 80 peppers. Each tier increases the percentage of additional Bling Points you earn.

How do I collect peppers to increase my bonus?

Peppers are collected through daily challenges. For instance, if you play one game, you earn 5 peppers. The more games you play, the more peppers you earn, which helps you level up through the Hot Streak tiers.

Can you explain the bonus tiers and their pepper requirements?

Sure! Here's how it heats up:

  • Baby Spice: Start your streak with a 5% additional Bling Points bonus.
  • Mild: Collect 80 peppers to earn a 10% additional Bling Points bonus.
  • Hot: Amp it up to a 25% bonus once you gather 200 peppers.
  • Fire: Achieve a fiery 50% bonus at 350 peppers.
  • Blazing: Double your daily Bling Points with a 100% bonus when you reach 550 peppers.

What happens to my Hot Streak if I don't play for a day?

You'll still keep the Bling Points you've earned from playing, but your Hot Streak will cool off a bit. Missing a day means you'll lose 10 peppers, which could affect your current bonus tier. However, your Hot Streak won't reset entirely, so you can quickly get back to earning those bonus points.

When can I claim my bonus Bling Points?

Your piggy bank fills up with bonus Bling Points based on your Hot Streak level. Every 15 days, you have the opportunity to collect these bonuses, which are the extra rewards you've earned on top of your regular Bling Points.
